2 bedrooms, one with double bed, one with double sofa bed. There is also a sofa couch in the lounge. The apartment has a fitted kitchen, cooker, fridge-freezer, washing machine and microwave etc. The lounge has a sofa, table, chairs and a television. There is ample storage space available. Clean linen is provided.

The apartment is available for rent at the rate of £150.00 sterling per night or £600.00 sterling per week.

The Small Print

We shall require a 20% deposit to secure your booking which must be paid when booking. The balance must be received by us no later than two weeks before your stay commences. Prior to commencement of letting, we shall require a cash security deposit of £100.00 sterling. This sum will be refunded on your departure, any breakages or damage will be deducted from the security deposit.

Any cancellations must be made in writing no later than two weeks before your stay in which event, the letting amount, less deposit, will be refunded.

The letting period will commence at 3.00pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure.

The rental fee includes electricity, gas, clean linen and towels.

We would ask you to respect the property and leave it in a condition that you would expect to find it in. Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in the premises.
